Is there a long-term contract or non-compete?
No. You are free to work as much or as little as you want. You are welcome to work with other agencies or keep your permanent job while picking up extra shifts with us.
How quickly do I get paid?
We offer weekly direct deposit. You submit your hours to us, and we handle the invoicing and collections with the clinic. You never have to chase a hospital for a check.
Do I have to travel far for shifts?
Only if you want to. During your onboarding call, you set your preferred travel radius (e.g. 15 miles from your home). We only send you offers that fit your commute.
How fast can I get matched with a shift?
Once we have our initial call, many doctors receive their first shift offers within 24 to 48 hours. This depends on demand in your area, but our goal is to get you working as soon as you are ready.
